Business Builder MapBBM Guide
Online plot booking for industrial and commercial land
The last step of an investor journey should not be "send us an email". In Business Builder Map, an investor who has found the right plot can start a reservation from the plot card, and your team receives a complete request.
How a booking works
- The investor opens a plot card and chooses to book it.
- They confirm the plot, the intended activity and the timing.
- They enter their company details and contact person.
- They review and send the request, and receive a reference number.
The plot can then show as reserved to other investors, so two parties do not chase the same land.
You decide what a booking means
Every organisation has its own rules for allocating land. A booking in Business Builder Map is connected to your process, not the other way round. It can be a short hold while your team reviews the request, a formal reservation request that needs approval, or the first step of a signed reservation. The wording, the required fields and the hold period are set when the platform is deployed.
Why it helps
- Serious investors can act the moment they are ready, at any hour and from any country.
- Your team receives structured requests with the plot, the project and the company already filled in.
- Plot status stays current on the map, which keeps the land offer credible.
- Investors who are not ready to book can still send a shortlist as one enquiry.
Try it
The Demo Zone includes a full booking flow on sample plots. Nothing is sent or stored there, so you can try every step.
Questions
Is the booking legally binding?
Only if you decide it should be. Most organisations start with a reservation request that their team approves.
What happens to a plot after it is booked?
Its status changes on the map according to your rules, for example from available to reserved while the request is reviewed.
Can investors book without talking to anyone?
They can start the booking on their own. Your approval process decides when it is confirmed.
