> Business Builder Map (BBM) is an investment attraction platform built on a map, for countries, regions, cities and economic zones. It takes an investor from the first visit to a booked plot: they see the location's potential, explore plots, insights and incentives, run Site Selection and investor tools, and reserve a plot online.

## What it does
- Turns a land offer (plot boundaries, sizes, zoning, utility capacity, prices, incentives, open tenders) into one live web map.
- Investors filter and compare plots, and Site Selection ranks plots for their sector and explains each score.
- Ask BBM is a business assistant: investors upload a project file or chat, and get matched plots, incentives and next steps.
- On the map, investors can type commands to filter, zoom and show plots.
- Investor tools test the business case: ROI and payback, setup cost, tax and incentive stack, licence and setup pathway.
- The journey ends with an online plot booking.
- Investors who are not ready to book can send a structured brief with their shortlist.

What you already have: plot boundaries or coordinates, sizes, zoning, utility capacity, prices, incentives and open tenders. Spreadsheets, Shapefiles, GeoJSON and other common GIS formats all work.

### Do investors need to install anything?

No. Business Builder Map runs in a web browser on desktop and mobile.

### Can it use our brand and languages?

Yes. It runs on your domain with your logo and colours, in the languages your investors read.

### Is Business Builder Map a GIS?

It is built on GIS data, but it is made for investors, not GIS specialists. Your plot boundaries, utilities and infrastructure become an Investment Map that anyone can use in a browser, with site selection, investor tools and online booking on top.

### Can investors reserve land online?

Yes. An investor can start a plot booking from the plot card. The booking follows your own rules: a short hold, a reservation request for your team to approve, or the first step of a signed reservation.

### Does it work for special economic zones, free zones and industrial parks?

Yes. Any organisation that offers plots with infrastructure and incentives can use it, from a single industrial park to a national land bank covering many zones.

### How is Business Builder Map priced?

A one-time setup fee puts your land offer on the map: data prepared, your brand and languages, your booking rules, launch on your domain. After launch, an annual maintenance plan is optional. Prices depend on the region and the number of plots, so ask for a quote at hello@businessbuildermap.com.
